Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any purchased sessions. **2. Rescheduling Policy:** If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. This will allow us to accommodate your request and make necessary arrangements. **3. Rescheduling Options:** Upon notifying us within the 48-hour window, you have the following options to reschedule your session: **a. In-Person Session:** You can choose to reschedule your session for an in-person meeting, subject to availability and location. Please note that any additional costs associated with transportation or venue changes will be the responsibility of the attendee. **b. Virtual Session:** If an in-person session is not feasible or preferred, you can opt for a virtual session. We will make arrangements for a remote session using a suitable virtual platform. Our team will guide you through the technical aspects to ensure a smooth experience. **4. Timeframe for Rescheduling:** Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 6 months from the original sale date. This timeframe ensures that you have ample opportunity to find a suitable time and format for your session. **5.
