Floral Healing
A gentle practice of insight, nervous system regulation, and transformation through connection with fresh flowers. Floral healing is a reflective practice that invites you to slow down, calm the nervous system, and listen to the subtle wisdom of flowers. Through guided meditation, observation, and intuitive exploration, flowers can reveal powerful insights about our emotional and energetic landscape.
Sessions available in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming or virtually.
Why Flowers?
Flowers have been used throughout history as symbols of emotional and spiritual insight. They are always there for support. In a hospital room, a picture of a flower on the wall, wedding or outdoors.
When we slow down enough to truly observe them, flowers invite us into a deeper relationship with nature and with ourselves.
Their color, structure, growth patterns, and presence can mirror our inner experiences and help illuminate new perspectives.
Many people find that this gentle practice opens space for:
• emotional clarity
• creative insight
• nervous system regulation
• deeper connection with nature in your day to day life

Floral Healing Training
Madison 's work in Floral Healing is supported by professional training through the Floral Healing Certification Program created by Heather McFarland, a practitioner and educator who developed this modality through her background in mental health therapy and wellness coaching.
The Floral Healing Certification Program is an immersive training designed to teach practitioners how to guide individuals and groups in mindful connection with fresh flowers as a tool for reflection, grounding, and emotional insight.
Floral Healing is a mindfulness-based nature practice, not a form of psychotherapy or medical treatment. It focuses on cultivating presence, self-reflection, and emotional awareness through direct interaction with flowers.
The approach draws on several well-established principles found in wellness and nature-based practices:
Mindfulness
Working with flowers encourages sensory awareness, grounding attention in the present moment.
Nature Connection
Research shows that interaction with plants and natural environments can reduce stress and support emotional well-being.
Creative Expression
Activities such as arranging or observing flowers can facilitate reflection, flow states, and emotional insight.
Embodied Experience
Rather than analyzing problems intellectually, floral healing invites people to experience insight through observation, sensation, and intuition.
Because of this, floral healing is best understood as a coaching and self-reflection practice rooted in nature connection and mindfulness, rather than clinical therapy.
