What is forest bathing?

Forest bathing is a Japanese mindfulness practice to slow down, and experience the Black Hills National Forest with all of your senses. Certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide Madison will guide you on the sensory experience to interact with nature further than you have before. Tea will be provided at the end of the event. All ages and abilities are welcome to this program. This wellness movement is backed by more than 30 years of research that shows how beneficial nature immersion can be for your mind and body.
